This is a tongue in cheek, fun song, about an individual struggling to keep up on social media and technology use in society.
The main line "social suicide"... I remember in the movie About A Boy (Hugh Grant), he uses the phrase "social suicide", that was the first time I had heard that phrase and it stuck with me for some unknown reason. I brought the phrase out here as a reference to social media... social 'media' suicide (eg. leaving a social platform - I hope listeners understand that quip).
