Bio :
Ryan Feroz is an accomplished 19-year-old music instrumental guitarist and songwriter. His passion for music started early in his school days, where he honed his skills on both electric guitar and bass clarinet. In 2021, he was selected as the lead guitarist for The Band Brisbane Built. The band was created through a radio competition held by KIIS 97.3fm that involved auditioning teenagers and forming a supergroup. Ryan's impressive skills as a guitarist and input from industry personalities such as Keith Urban, Sheppard and The Veronicas alongside public voting landed him the coveted role.
Receiving guidance and support from some of the biggest names in Australian music - including Adam Thompson (Chocolate Starfish), Sheppard, and Ella Hooper (Killing Heidi) - Vegas Rayz became a standout band in the vibrant Brisbane music scene. Ryan has performed at various major music venues and festivals across Brisbane, including The Triffid, Logan Eats & Beats, Queen Street Mall and Eat Street.
Ryan now writes and performs his own music, drawing inspiration from a fusion of fresh pop melodies and the technical brilliance of iconic guitar shredders such as Steve Vai, Joe Satriani, and Polyphia.
