This was a very traumatic but therapeutic album to make. It details the abuse and Domestic Violence I've experienced, in recent years, and how the "justice" system let me down. My abuser was jailed (for attacking me, and others), a few months ago and appealed his reduced sentence, a few weeks ago. I begged the courts to protect me. I lost. He won. His sentence was reduced , again, by a further 2 years and was being released on Oct 16 - so I wrote and recorded this album, naming it "AVO Bitch" (what he used to shout at me), and chose to released the album ALSO on Oct 16th...to be a silver lining. A way to take back the day and take back my power. Thank you for all of your support
